Rates
Business partnerships are priced per partner and paid at business rates, higher than our individual rates. We agree them with you, not with each worker.
Privacy and your staff
- We agree up front what is recorded, and where.
- Recording stays on hands and the work: never customers’ faces, screens, payment cards or private areas.
- We provide simple consent forms for your staff, and anyone can opt out.
- Recordings are used only to train robots and AI.
- We follow Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019.
Questions
Do small businesses qualify?
Yes. A pilot can start with a handful of staff. What matters is that the work is done with hands, regularly, in good light.
Do we need cameras or phones?
No. We bring the headbands and the recording kit, and set them up with your team.
Will it slow my staff down?
The headband is light and recording runs on its own, so staff do their normal work at their normal pace. We plan around your busiest hours.
Who pays the staff?
We agree the rate with the business, not with each worker. How you share it with your team is your arrangement.
Do staff need to agree?
Yes. Everyone who records signs a simple consent form first, and anyone can choose not to take part.
How and when are we paid?
Monthly, for the hours that pass our quality check, by bank transfer or M-PESA paybill.
